Returns and refunds

Made-to-order clothing
Every Never Deceived garment is printed to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color chosen incorrectly, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please check the product size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact isaacisbjj@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed damage, defects, or an incorrect item. Contact us before returning anything; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.

Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately after ordering. We can cancel and refund an order if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Delivery problems
If tracking is delayed or your package is missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Please provide a complete and correct address. Any additional redelivery charges will be explained before proceeding.

Approved refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will confirm the refund by email.

Your rights
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
