Shipping policy

Made to order
Each Never Deceived garment is printed to order. Allow approximately 3 business days for production, followed by transit time. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Busy periods or production issues may take longer.

Delivery estimates
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is estimated at 7–12 business days after production. Plan for approximately 10–15 business days from order to delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. International delivery varies by destination and is available only where checkout offers a shipping rate.

Rates and tracking
Shipping charges and applicable taxes appear at checkout before payment. Charges vary by destination and quantity. Items may ship separately, and mixed orders may combine shipping charges. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address before paying. Contact us promptly for changes; changes are not guaranteed once production or dispatch begins. If a parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. Do not return items to the shipping label address without instructions.

International duties
Import duties or customs fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.
